The LTEM Boot Camp

Will Thalheimer’s GOLD Certification in the LTEM Boot Camp indicates that the people named below have successfully completed a rigorous workshop covering a wide range of concepts in learning evaluation; concepts that are fundamental to conducting sound learning-evaluation work. GOLD Certificate holders have performed successfully in an LTEM Tier-5 Assessment, demonstrating that they showed competence in realistic decision scenarios. They have also performed successfully in an LTEM Tier-7 Project, helping others in their learning-evaluation work and decision-making.

Those holding GOLD Certification have engaged in 35-50 hours of rigorous learning and have demonstrated their knowledge and competence on a range of strenuous assessments. They have earned their certification!
