Hello Everyone! This is Will Thalheimer and this is my personal website. I am now a Principal Consultant at TiER1 Performance. I am maintaining much of the content on this website for those interested in research-inspired learning design and evaluation. Thousands of people visit this website every week looking for advice on learning design, learning myths, learner surveys, and LTEM (the Learning-Transfer Evaluation Model).
